Silestone® Suma by Cosentino: low-silica mineral surfaces for kitchen countertops and interior design

With Silestone® Suma, Cosentino introduces a new collection of mineral surfaces with a low crystalline silica content, developed to meet the needs of contemporary interior design and, in particular, the design of kitchen countertops, worktops and high-use surfaces.

Designed for residential and contract environments, the Suma collection combines color research, technical performance and sustainability, offering an advanced solution in the field of surfaces for architecture and interiors.

Silestone® mineral surfaces for kitchen countertops and interior design

The Silestone® Suma collection is primarily dedicated to the kitchen environment, where the surface must ensure durability over time, ease of maintenance and safety of use.
The six color variants are inspired by the refinement of natural stones, with cream, white and gray bases crossed by light, harmonious veining, capable of adapting to classic, rustic or contemporary styles.

All colors are available in Suede (matte and velvety) and/or Polished (glossy) finishes, depending on the variant, and in thicknesses of 12, 20 and 30 mm, making the collection suitable for multiple design applications.

Low-silica surfaces: technical performance and sustainability with Hybriq+®

From a technological standpoint, Silestone® Suma is produced using Hybriq+® technology, which enables the manufacture of surfaces with a reduced crystalline silica content, integrating high-circularity processes, the use of renewable energy and the incorporation of recycled materials.

Silestone® surfaces provide high technical performance: resistance to scratches, stains and heat, very low porosity, ease of cleaning and sanitization. These characteristics make the collection particularly suitable for kitchen countertops and surfaces in contact with food, as well as for high-use environments.
